Look out Europe!
We have finally decided to go to Europe in May/June next year and it’s going to be absolutely fabulous. It’s never easy planning a trip to Europe – there’s so much gastronomic delight, art and culture and with just three weeks to have a taste of this great continent, it is always a bit of a tight squeeze! I wish I had 100 days – Sigh.Thus far, this is our grandiose plan:
Reykjavik – 3 nights
Stockholm – 1 night
London – 5 nights
Paris – 3 nights
Lyon – 3 nights
Grenoble/Annecy – 1 night
Cote D’Azur (Nice & Cannes) – 3 nights
Stockholm or Copenhagen? 4 nights in Paris and 2 nights in Lyon instead? Should we go to Annecy or Grenoble? Or why can’t we do both? Why can’t we stop by Avignon and Arles too?
Questions, questions, questions! Does anyone have any suggestions?
Australia is just so very far away!
(And if we have extra time, we’ll have a stopover in New York City).
